Ich weiss nur dass Cervelat sich auf Bünzli beschränkt, meistens aus Massentierhaltung kommt und es kann gut fett machen.

Jhäää, eher Silberköpfchen, am Rücken ist es höchstens etwas krumm... er sollte mal Yoga machen und dazu weniger geizig sein zu Frauchen mit Kinderchen, das stärkt den Rücken.

Ich hatte gestern festgestellt dass ich laut Gefühl 2 kg zuviel am Bauch habe. Nachdem ich gepinkelt hatte war es erfreulicherweise nur noch 1 kg zuviel. Um das andere kg loszuwerden geh ich jetzt etwas Bergwanderung machen in der Texelgruppe, bei bescheidenem Wetter. Dann ist bei mir schneller abgespeckt als die Grossbein-Hühner auf dem stehenden Fitnessvelo abstrampeln können, sogar ohne Jojo-Effekt.

aber wie gaht das wenn du konstant IF am mache bisch und immer wieder posaunsch wie rank und schlank du sigsch? vilicht isch dini wahrnehmig au eifach nur verschobe. töhnt jetz für mich logischer bi dir.
