5000 CHF...I'm quite scared about the size of the thing and in my capacity to sell the SEGA part of it...should I take it ?

IMHO it depends on whether the games and consoles are new / used / rare / etc.

list the games! is everything boxed, complete and mint or brand new. if yes, do it.

GeoSnow: I have to check the batch of these days but I know that the console are almost all complete inbox. The SEGA games (cardrige that come in plastic box) are also complete

About nintendo I think it's almost loose games

But yeah as you can see most of the collection is based on SEGA. My fear is not having that much of items but mainly that question:

"Where the hell am I going to find enough people interested by buying SEGA collection ?"

That's my problem...Do you have an answer ?

the question is, do you count the time which you will invest to resell as work on an hourly rate or do you rather see it as a hobby with some little profit. It is always easy to purchase big collections but then getting rid of every single item for a decent price is an other story. I had to experience it myself when I had to sell a certain amount of my collection due to leaving the country/becoming an expat. However, my case was slightly different to yours....I was running out of time and I had to sell.
Frankly, as mentioned before if the stuff is boxed and in good condition and not just 08/15 crap, why not but be prepared to invest a lot of time. If it was me, I wouldnt bother....for me it would be a pain in the ass to list, take pictures ect. for that marginal profit.
It is entirely up to you....
