Inspiriert vom Blind Guardan Topic, han ich mich mal gfraged, was i de letsche Jahr im Metal Buisness so abgange isch und bin uf folgendi Band gstosse:

Ich los jetzt grad ds Black Future Album und bi zimli beidruckt: Trash Metal, wo technisch 1A isch, oft brachial aber immer so, dases eim nüd langwiilt. Ich check immer nonig ganz, öb das nüd es Oxymoron isch: Trash metal songs mit so öppisem wie «abwächslig».
Das komische isch: bis uf Metallica gfallt mir die Art vo Musig eigentlich gar nüm so.
Hammerherti Riffs gfolgt vo phantastischem Drumming und em ne glutturale Gsang, wo mich nüd närft hend mich derzue bracht, der Thread da ds eröffne:

Ja, das sinds glaub tatsächlich, allerdings kenn ich Voivod nüd.

hett mich nume grad dra erinnert. Voivod super. anhörplattentips Nothingface und The Outer Limits. zuefälligerwiis grad die 2 albe wo's je es pink floyd stuck coveret druff.

Voivod si würklech super, live übrigens bsungers. Vektor loseni mal bitz dri.

Im Thrash-Sektor kenni süsch nid viu wo bitz experimentell isch, kenne mini ehner bitz us bi de Standard-Kandidate wie Testament oder Destruction. Aber mit dene bisch vermuetlech vertraut.
